Duccio Morozzo della Rocca
Duccio Morozzo della Rocca is an international olive oil consultant, head of the Olive Bureau, a company that provides worldwide consultancy in olive trees management, olive oil extraction, blending, project development and marketing. Duccio has managed olive oil related projects in many European countries, the Middle East, Latin America, Japan, Turkey and the USA. He is accredited by several official bodies as an olive oil taster and has more than 15 years experience in judging EVOOs for annual guide books such as Flos Olei and L’Extravergine, as well as competitions such as Olio Capitale, Olive Oil Japan, Il Magnifico, The Australian International and others. Since 2004 he has participated as a judge in over 40 olive oil competitions and his work has been widely published. He is a member of the Accademia Italiana dell’Olivo e dell’Olio, of the Roma chapter of the Associazione Italiana Sommelier and holds a master’s degree from the Agricultural Faculty of Pisa University.
